WELCOME TO TUESDAY TURN ABOUT LINK PARTY #36- Winter DIYs

You can check out our last party here!

Spring is starting to call, but I’m still in the mood for some winter DIYs… what about you?

Today’s DIY features don’t really hearken to the winter season, but I LOVE doing DIYs during this cold season because I don’t tend to sweat like a stuck hog glisten as much as I do at other times of the year!

Can you relate? Oh, good!

Make sure to hop on over to Thistle Key Lane and Bluesky at Home and check out SIX additional features from TTA!  You never know who might be featured there!

We are so thrilled by each one of you that links-up to the party, and we love perusing all the posts right along side our readers, too!

Remember…

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All NINE featured posts are pinned to this board each week!

What exactly does ‘turn about’ mean? Take a look at Tuesday Turn About #1!

Without further delay, let’s take a look at our features, and click on the ‘linkers’ at the end of this post for even more ideas and tutorials!tuesday turn about hostess collage

Magic Shelves

Okay, these aren’t magic… It’s all a fake! And Ashley from Cherished Bliss knows it’s all a fake.  Okay, these aren’t fake either.  However, Ashley is sharing how to make a faux floating shelf and it’s super easy!tuesday turn about 36 winter diys faux floating shelf in laundry room

Baskets, Baskets Everywhere!

Even though this isn’t a DIY project, Yvonne from Stonegable is sharing FIVE different ways to use baskets in our homes. So, it’s a DIY decor tutorial! Take a look at her wonderful ideas!woven basket with tulip vase and moss ball

Now It’s Your Turn! Link Away!

Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!

Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:

  • This party is for home decor and home-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
  • If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
  • DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
  • By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.

We had some wonderful posts and LOTS of great inspiration this last week!  Looking forward to all the creativity coming our way this week!

  1. Thanks for hosting, Julie. I’m turning my attention to spring! We had temps of near 80 for a week, but now we’ve dipped back down with lows in the 30s coming up later in the week. I’m just going to ignore that! Once Valentine’s Day is over, I’m all about spring time decor. Hope you have a lovely week.

  2. Happy Tuesday Julie! All these lovely projects look great – as well as all the wonderful new links! I’ve finally given up on snow this year, so I’m officially ready for spring! Plus some of our flowers are starting to come out! Hope you have a little longer in the relative coolness. 🙂 Thanks as always for hosting! ❤️

    1. Oh, I’m so glad you have some posies starting to pop! Love the spring, too! (It still is relatively cool in spring.) 😉

  3. Julie, it’s always a pleasure to be able to join the link party. Thank you for hosting, and I hope you have a great week. I seem to have started a new collection with my latest adventure of “make your own” water bottle at Blenko Glass. I’m sharing the experience this week.

    1. Same here, Debra… Yes, though we don’t have rain, I have my little space heater on at my feet in my office. Burrr!

    1. Spring is definitely in the air, Linda! Starting to put away the winter greenery and bring out the spring looks!

  4. Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 2-1- to 2-14 on my blog. On Tuesday a Slow Cooker Irish Soda Bread with Raisins. Wednesday I featured a BBQ Brisket Shepherds Pie. Thursday I featured my Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage. And winding up Crock Pot Week I posted How Not to Make the Worst Crock Pot Meal Ever. It is part of my Tip Friday Series. Enjoy!

  5. I needed to see all the lovely Spring creations this week. We are covered under a fresh blanket of snow and Spring is a long time coming in these parts. I hope your week has been a good one so far, Julie!

    1. Oooooh, we thought we would have a lot more rain than we did here in So Cal… I’m a bit sad. Thanks for joining us, Marie!
