At last week’s party, we discovered some Easter tidbits.
Welcome to the last party of March 2026!
Can you believe we are entering the 2nd quarter of the year?
At today’s party, we are featuring some last minute Easter fun, along with some seasonal decor, recipes, and even some tips for spring travel!
Abode Adventures
The roof is resurfaced!
Now, we wait for rain… which is supposed to be here tomorrow! We’ll see how heavy it is. I think we need a heavy rain to really test the roof.
What are your plans for Easter? We will be at my sister’s home, with 30 people! However, we are keeping it easy this year with the food. Which means, sandwiches from Costco, and all the cold-cut sides. After all, the day is about our Savior, Jesus… not the food.

My Wee Finds

- Cuisinart Mini Prep-Plus Food Processor (again, I use this often)
Weekly Household Tip
Do you make your own Cajun spice mix? I use this spice so often, it’s just more economical to make my own.
But one thing I don’t like is that the dried thyme is a bit too ‘big’ and often settles to the top of the mix.
This is where the mini food processor comes in handy. This tiny appliance makes it easy to not only ‘crush’ the thyme, but also has many other uses!
