Spread the love

Let’s party and get some inspo for our abodes with Tuesday Turn About #195 Spring Home Tours.

TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #195 SPRING HOME TOURS

Last week we discovered some refreshing spring DIYs.

And this week’s party at MWA, it’s all about home tours!

Did you get a chance to peruse my TWO spring home tours from this month? The first one was the living area, and then I even revealed my ugly cabinets kitchen!

So this week, I’m going to share some lovely home tours from my friends that linked up this past week! I know you will enjoy them and be inspired!

And remember…

Be sure to hop on over to My Family Thyme and Reinvented Delaware to check out SIX additional features from TTA!
If you haven’t been featured at MWA this week, you just may be featured there!

But first, some tips…

Weekly Household Tip

This week, I’m asking YOU for a tip!

Does anyone have a simple solution to shower liners getting mildewed so quickly? I wash my anti-mildew liners, hang them back up, and then the mildew comes back within days! And, yes, I’m sure to close the curtain so the water can drip off and the air can get to it. Also, this only happens in the hemmed area.

Please, help!

Weekly Blogging Tip

A Mastermind group is a great way to brainstorm, share successes, ideas, and even ask for help from fellow bloggers. These types of groups can be super encouraging and motivating!

It’s not that hard to create a Mastermind group… Just get together several of your blogging buddies that have the same blogging goals in mind, and start the conversation for meeting once a week or once every other week!

Do you belong to a Mastermind group? Do you find it’s helpful to keep it small and intimate, or the bigger the better (more people involved)? Be sure to share your thoughts in the comment area below!

Now, grab a cuppa’ your favorite beverage, and let’s party!

Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!

Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:

  • This party is for home decor and home-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
  • If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
  • DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
  • Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
  • By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.

Well, I didn’t see too many spring printables this week, but I have some coming YOUR way via the blog THIS week! Keep those posts coming and remember to tell your friends!

    1. LOL! I WISH! The shower we have will not accommodate a shower door, and I don’t think I would install one in a rental. 😉 But, if it were my place, I would def take your advice, Jenna!

  1. Wonderful features, Julie! And yes, I’m in a couple masterminds. They’re all small and we all seem to appreciate that a lot. More than 5 and less than 10 seems to be the sweet spot for us. I also have a work group with just one other person that I love. It’s great to know there’s someone waiting for me at 6:00am on Wednesdays, which means I actually DO have to get up at my scheduled time! 😊 Thanks so much for hosting, and good luck with your shower liners!

    1. Oh, that is interesting about your MM groups, Barbara. I have a blogging buddy where we talk most days with each other, and then my MM group on Monday mornings. They are good to me and meet at 10am my time, because of my schedule with Mom. 🙂 But, I STILL have to get up early to work with her, and then get my time in with the Lord. It’s all good!

  2. Thank you so much for featuring my spring home tour, Julie. We used all fresh flowers and greenery this year so it was lots of fun to put together. I’ll put my thinking cap on for your mildew situation. You’re one of the smartest people I know so I’m sure you’ve already thought to use fans, products like damp rid, and special shower sprays. Do they make anti-mildew shower liners? I’ll keep thinking. In the meantime, thank you again for hosting and for the sweet feature too. I really appreciate it! Big hugs, CoCo

    1. Thanks for the tips, CoCo… yes, I have an anti-mildew liner, but it’s not helping at the hemline. I guess it could be worse and it could be the WHOLE curtain! And you are so welcome for the feature. I’m so delighted when I get to choose your posts!

  3. Thanks so much for the party Julie and I’m thrilled to be a part of your features this week! I loved your home tour and your kitchen decor is so pretty. I’m pretty sure I left you a book in the comments for that post! Thanks again and have a great week!

  4. Julie,
Thanks so much for hosting this wonderful party each and every week!! I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into it along with visiting all the links and choosing Features!!! Thank You!! I hope you are having a great week!!
    Hugs,
    Deb
