Tuesday Turn About #312 Summer Home Inspiration: This week’s party includes lots of home and garden inspiration, tips, and ideas!
TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #312 SUMMER HOME INSPIRATION
Last week’s party included lots of fun ideas with summer flowers.
It’s party time, again!
Woot!

We’re all about summer these days, and today’s features include home tips, ideas, tricks, and lots of inspiration for your garden, too!
So let’s get to it!
Abode Adventures
I’m still waiting to hear from the sponsor for my kitchen counter product I want to use. If I don’t hear from them within the week, I’ll just purchase the product as soon as my budget allows.
Have you been to your local Hobby Lobby lately? You can get July 4th items at 90% off now! That wreath that was $27.99… You can get it for $2.80! Fall is on sale, too. And we have several aisles of Christmas at regular price.

My Wee Finds
I’m gonna give these shoe washing bags a try. They just got delivered today, so I’ll try them out this week and let you know!
The Onyx Professional Hard as Hoof Nail Strengthening Cream that I ordered a couple weeks ago worked GREAT for my nails, but the skin on my fingertips had a reaction to it. This doesn’t surprise me as I have issues with dry skin on my fingers and around my nail-beds. So, I’m thinkin’ it’s worth a try if you don’t have pre-existing conditions on your hands.
Weekly Household Tip
Here’s a tip for reheating hamburger patties in the microwave:
Take a knife and put a couple of one-inch slices in the top of the burger. Then heat the patty on a plate for 10 seconds, letting the timer completely lapse. Heat the burger, again, for 10 seconds. Repeat this process several times until your meat is at the desire temp (I like to do it about 4 times.) It leaves your hamburger patty hot and juicy, without toughening the meat.
Weekly Blogging Tip
I’ll be back next week with another Pinterest tip. 🙂
Though not a requirement at all, I would be SO blessed if you would subscribe and/or follow me either here on the blog, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram. Thanks!

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All featured posts are pinned to this board each week, IF you have a pinnable image!

Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor, home-related posts, and family-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, travel, education, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
So glad to have so many people attending and linking-up. This is a reader fave here at MWA, so be sure to come by each week and link-up!

Julie, thank you for hosting this wonderful linkup. I hope your week is going well. Take care.
Oh, I wish I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to get to Hobby Lobby or I’d go today! I always miss out on the sales because I live so far away. Thanks for the party,
I love the Map Sail Boat! Thanks for hosting, have a great week ahead.
Thanks so much Julie! I must get to HL!

I need to get to Hobby Lobby! Thanks for hosting, Julie. So many good features. That map sailboat is so pretty!
Good luck with your sponsorship, Julie – I can’t wait to see what you do either way. Thanks as always for hosting and for picking great features. Hope you have a lovely week!
hi Julie! Thanks for another fun party and I appreciate the love. I’m so glad you liked our pink floral table setting. Fingers crossed for your sponsored counter tops. Can’t wait to see it done! I’ve been wanting to go to HL for awhile now to check out holiday stuff and you’ve given me an extra push. Have a great week. XO- MaryJo
Julie, thanks for hosting and thanks for sharing my simmer pot! Hope you have a wonderful week! 🙂 Linda
Julie, thanks for featuring my Country French table! I truly appreciate it. Have a great week and stay cool!
I am going to try your hamburger reheating trick, Julie! We always cook up a pound of ground beef (4 patties) but only eat 2 at a time for hubby and I. Some times the other two go to waste. Thanks for the idea and for hosting another fun party!
I’ve been told if you want the best selection of Christmas ornaments, go to H L as soon as they come out. But I never do. Nor do I get the best deals like 90% off. {sigh}.
Thanks for the party & tips, Julie. Hope your sponsorship works out!
Thank you sweet friend for the feature! Such a wonderful surprise this week!
