TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #248 APRIL TIDBITS
Last week’s party was all about flora… gardening, that is!
Welcome back to the party!
Are you enjoying your spring season? What’s the weather like in your neck-of-the-woods?
It’s been a bit on the chilly side these days, so my jacket is a normal part of an outing in So Cal right now. And we’ve been experiencing quite of bit of wind and sporadic rains. Pretty fun!
This week, I couldn’t decide on a ‘theme’ for the party, so I’m sharing a little bit of everything… or so it seems to me! I hope you enjoy perusing April tidbits as much as I did this week!
Abode Adventures
Not much is going-on by way of purchasing a trailer… yet. I’m looking, and my dear friends, who have lots of experience with trailers, are helping me. They get back on Thursday from being out of town, so the hunt will get serious after that!
In the meantime, I’m purging, decluttering, packing, and getting ready for a moving sale this weekend. Whew… I’m beat!
Other life events are happening, as well. However, I’ll be sharing more as they unfold!

Weekly Blogging Tip
We talked last week about how important it is that you have at least one pinnable image on each blog post.
Besides the practice of pinnable images, you should also have social media ‘share’ buttons on your site (they are the social media icon buttons you see at the top and side of my posts). There are several different plugins that offer this, but I’ve always used the Sassy Social Share plugin. It’s a lightweight plugin that gets the job done.

It’s going “okay”… I think I’ll end up donating about 1/3, and then taking the rest to my son’s and having a garage sale in a month after I’ve settled a bit. 🙂

So, I looked into my blog interface and just figured out how to add the share buttons, lol…I’m so tech challenged, lol, I’m happy that I now have them. So far it’s going well. Only did about $100 at the moving sale yesterday, and no one has come by today, yet. I’ll donate about 1/3 of the items, and then take the rest to my son’s and do another garage sale in about a month… once I’ve settled.
