Tuesday Turn About #249 Spring Rush
Tuesday Turn About #249 Spring Rush: Spring is in full swing here in So Cal… but let me tell you, I’m in a rush these days! How ’bout you? Read on to get the skinny!
TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #249 SPRING RUSH
Last week’s party shared some April tidbits.
Welcome to the ‘spring rush’ party!
Yep… I’m rushin’ around here like a chicken… well, you know the rest!
This week, we have some yummy recipes, DIYs, a teacup round-up, and more. Plus, a little tribute-feature in honor of the spouse of one of our loyal TTA link-up’ers.
There were SO many posts I wanted to feature this week, but I have SO little time, I had to slim it down a bit. AND, My Wee Finds and the Weekly Blogging Tip will need to be put on the back-burner this week, as well. I hope you will be patient with me, as it might be this way next week, too.
You know why???
Abode Adventures
This last week, God was SO good in SO many ways! (He always is!)
First… Before moving into my new and tinier MWA 3.0 trailer, I sold off some big stuff I couldn’t take with me. My huge sofa, fridge, and washer/dryer all went for the asking price. Pretty crazy, right?
Next… My moving sale was semi-successful! In two days, I made about $200. Better than I expected, so that was good. I’m taking 6 large boxes to my son’s house so we can have another garage sale in a month or so. I think it will be super fun!
Then, on Saturday… I went to look at my first trailer with my “consultant” (who also happens to be my former boss of 20+ years, an elder at my church, a trailer ‘expert’, and one of my dearest friends (his wife is one of my besties)). Dan (and Peg), y’all are a blessing from the Lord!
And yesterday, I had a second job interview in the morning… it was very encouraging. And actually quite fun!
Oh, and this happened…
We picked up the trailer we looked at on Saturday, and Dan has already set it in place! First one we looked at, above and beyond what I could have imagined, and under budget! Wow… God is SO good! All the time!
I will share more details soon! I’m sure you are as excited as I am… NOT! 😉
Actually, many of you HAVE expressed your excitement for me! It’s such a blessing to have all of you along for this adventure! You are a blessing to me!
Whew! NOW do you understand why the party is brief this week, and that I’m in a rush? Thanks for being so understanding!
(Oh, and I have more exciting news to share… soon!)
Now, let’s get to some features!
Though not a requirement at all, I would be SO blessed if you would subscribe and/or follow me either here on the blog, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram. Thanks!

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All featured posts are pinned to this board each week, IF you have a pinnable image!
Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor, home-related posts, and family-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, travel, education, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
Hoping to be a bit more rested for next week’s party! I’m really enjoying perusing the posts, and choosing as many as I want to feature! Woo-hoo! Keep ’em coming, and tell your friends about the party, please!
Now for some sleep!
