Tuesday Turn About #276 Fall Flavors: We have wonderful fall treats and recipes that will please EVERYONE this week! And a pie party, as well!

TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #276 FALL FLAVORS

Last week’s party included a little bit of this and a wee bit of that.

Welcome to the last party of October 2024!

Sounds a little scary, right? (Perfect for Halloween???)

Well, I won’t even tell you how many days until Christmas… yet.

This week, we had LOTS of fall desserts and treat recipes! Something for everyone! So, I thought it would be fun to have a party featuring all the fall flavors… and even a party YOU can host with your favorite holiday pies!

Abode Adventures

Yesterday was my first training day at Hobby Lobby, though I was pretty much on my own within the first couple of hours.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! If you happen to be in the Cypress, CA area, come visit me at register 4! I’ll be at the ‘training register’ for the next couple of days, at least. 😉

My ankle(s) are healing…

…though yesterday my one ankle was hurting pretty badly by the end of the day. I have it taped-up now, for support.

Next week…

…is my monthly health check-in! Stay tuned!

My Wee Finds

To keep my lunches warm for work, I purchased this Thermos brand food jar. It’s large enough to hold 2 cups of food, and I don’t have to worry about taking the time to heat it in the microwave. It’s working great!

If you have a recreational vehicle, camper, or motorhome that is having issues with water pressure, this RVGuard Water Pressure Regulator Valve did the trick for me! No more issues with my water all of sudden going down to a trickle!

Weekly Household Tip

I’m enjoying preparing meals with my stainless steel pans, and they are so much healthier to cook with, too!

To keep items from sticking to stainless, let the pan heat at medium until a sprinkle of water bounces on the surface. Then add your cooking fat and allow it to heat up, as well. Next, add your food. For meat, don’t move it until you need to turn it. For scrambled eggs and veggies, move/scrape them around the pan immediately to keep them from sticking.

Weekly Blogging Tip

Continue to write to your audience, bloggers! And be sure to use Pinterest. Don’t forget to offer an opt-in for new subscribers! (That’s THREE tips this week… short and sweet!)

Now, let’s take a look at some yummy features. I’m doing the modified version again, as I’m still acclimating to my ‘new normal’. Thanks for supporting me through this!

Though not a requirement at all, I would be SO blessed if you would subscribe and/or follow me either here on the blog, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram. Thanks!

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All featured posts are pinned to this board each week, IF you have a pinnable image!

Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!

Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:

  • This party is for home decor, home-related posts, and family-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, travel, education, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
  • If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
  • DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
  • Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
  • By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.

We had another wonderful party this week! I’m looking forward to a bit more normal next week, once I get my schedule figured out… at work, for the blog, and at home! Whew!

Looking forward to Christmas inspo, too! (I know, I know…)
