Tuesday Turn About #147 Spring Solutions
How ’bout some spring ‘helps’ this week? It’s Tuesday Turn About #147 Spring Solutions! AND, I have a bit of a surprise, too!
TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #147 SPRING SOLUTIONS
This week we have solutions… last week we had tips!
This week has been a bit crazy… and I’m gonna let you in on exactly WHY it’s been so crazy!
Can you guess?
Well, My Wee Abode 2.0 will launch this week! Yep, I’m moving!
And so is my mom!
My siblings and I have been talking for awhile, and we all agreed that it’s time for my mom to have 24/7 care, and we are the ones to do it! So, my mom and I will be sharing an apartment!
There are SO many details to share, and a FULL blog post will be coming soon explaining everything! I promise!
In the meantime, thank you in advance for being patient as my posts will be short and sweet for the next few weeks!
Remember…
Be sure to hop on over to My Family Thyme and Reinvented Delaware to check out SIX additional features from TTA!
If you haven’t been featured at MWA this week, you just may be featured there!
Our regular household and blogging tips will return very soon!
But, for now, grab a cup of ice tea or hot tea, depending on what your temps are… and let’s party!

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All featured posts are pinned to this board each week, IF you have a pinnable image!
Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor and home-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
I’m looking forward to all your posts this week… And I’m looking forward to all the new content coming from MWA 2.0! 😉 (BTW, there will not be a new blog… only a new apartment!)
Oh wow, Julie! That is exciting news – and a whole lot of work too, but it is wonderful you will be able to help honor your mom in this way…and it’s an exciting opportunity to decorate a new place too 🙂
Yes on all accounts, Janet! 🙂
Thank you so much Julie and best of luck with your move and living arrangements, how awesome to be taking care of your mom!
Thanks, Jenna! It will be a blessing in many ways!
Best wishes in your new living arrangements
Thank you so much, Gail!
Great news on both counts. Wishing you and your mom all the best. Will be looking for your new layout!
Thanks, Josee! Lots to do, for sure!
Julie! Wow–I can imagine your landlord is so sorry to see you go! But I know that he or she is deeply grateful for the work you’ve done in your wee abode, especially in the bathroom.
Bless you on this new adventure in caregiving.
Thank you, Richella! I wish my LL appreciated my hard work… but she asked me to put everything back to the original. Well, the lovely gray bathroom cabinets will remain. She says she is doing a major renovation, so not sure why she wants it back to the original. Doesn’t make sense. Then when I asked if she was going to replace the counters in the kitchen (which are old and awful), she said, “No, they are in great condition still.” So, off the adhesive will go this week, too! Not sure what her meaning of ‘major renovation’ is, but it’s obviously not the same as bloggers’. 😉 So, a post of ‘temporary items removed’ it is! 😉
Take care of yourself during this move. I’ll be praying for you guys as you change up your lifestyle. Thanks for having us over Julie, I always love coming by!
Thank you, Debra. I didn’t do as much physically today, and it was better. But, I’m am definitely ready for bed! 😉
Wow Julie! What a wonderful thing you and your sisters are doing! “To care for those who once cared for us is one of life’s highest honors.”- Tia Walker. Sending all my prayers your way as you all adjust on this new leg of your journey.
Thank you, Denise. We are so thankful for prayers, and know the Lord uses them to work for our good and His glory!
What wonderful news Julie. Congrats on the new arrangements and your mom is very fortunate to have you as a daughter. Best of luck with the move. Thanks for hosting through it all. XO- MaryJo
Thank you, MaryJo… We have a great family that will be trying our best to work together in harmony! 😉 God is good!
Whoever moves into your current wee abobe will be one lucky person! You’ve put a lot of time into making it special. But I know caring for your mom is of major importance. I hope you find the perfect place for the two of you.
Thank you for the feature! It really made my not so good day a little brighter 🙂
