TUESDAY TURN ABOUT #348 APRIL IDEAS
Last week’s party was all about spring fun.
Welcome to the first party of April 2026!
Did you have a blessed Easter?

It’s been a busy week around here, so let’s get right to the party featuring all kinds of different posts from Blogland! We’ve got recipes, RVing tips, a blogger that is trying her hand at video reels, and so much more!
Abode Adventures
Our family enjoyed fellowshipping at church and then gathering for an easy-to-fix lunch with the extended family at my sister and brother’s-in-law home! It was a good day!
On Saturday, when I arrived at work, my manager let me know that the manager from another local Hobby Lobby wanted me to give her a call.
You see, a couple weeks ago, with permission from my current manager, I called all the HLs within a 30-minute drive. I spoke with the managers and let them know that I was looking for full-time work with HL, as my current manager did not see a full-time position for me in the near future.
No one had any openings.
So, this past week, I started asking the Lord to show me where He wanted me to go and what He wanted me to do.
Then came the call…The manager at the sister store let me know that she suddenly had an opening for a customer service manager (the exact position I preferred, but was open to any full-time option). After a few questions, she asked if we could meet on Monday afternoon, so she could say she actually interviewed me before hiring me. 😀
And the verdict is?
I will be starting the CSM position on April 20! God is good! And even if I had NOT gotten the job, He is STILL good! It all seems a bit surreal to me still!

My Wee Finds
The dress code will be a bit different for this position. Instead of a knit top and a Hobby Lobby vest, I will be wearing some more business casual blouses… and I can even wear capris!
Here are a few blouses I’m looking at:
Because of all that’s going on here… Tips will (hopefully) return next week!
Now, let’s get to some features!
Though not a requirement at all, I would be SO blessed if you would subscribe and/or follow me either here on the blog, Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram. Thanks!

Check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All featured posts are pinned to this board each week, IF you have a pinnable image!

Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor, home-related posts, and family-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, travel, education, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- Please make sure that your images are in a jpeg or png format. If we can’t save your image, we may not be able to feature you. So sad!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media, with the use of ONE photo from your blog for that may be included in a pinnable collage. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
Looking forward to all the fun posts you have… old AND new! Keep ’em coming!

Thank you SO much!!!
Congratulations on your new position! So happy for you! Thank you for including my Biblical herbs post in your featured posts. It was an enjoyable post to put together. Happy Spring!
Thank you, and YOU are so welcome! Good to see you back at the party!
Hey Julie! Great news, you will be perfect for this job and I’m sure you will enjoy helping customers in this new position. It may take a little time to become accustomed to full time work and initially more tiring. Don’t push yourself too hard when you get home in the evening, feet up time!! Good luck.

Thanks, Pamela… Yes, yesterday, when I clocked out, I said to one of my supervisors, “I’m tired… and I’ll be adding two hours to my schedule each day!” His reply… “Yes, but you will be moving around. There is a big difference between standing 6 hours in one place each day as a cashier, vs moving around as a CSM.” That was very encouraging! I WILL be careful! Hugs!
