Tuesday Turn About #27 Welcome Christmas
Tuesday Turn About #27 is live and we are beginning to welcome Christmas!
WELCOME TO TUESDAY TURN ABOUT LINK PARTY #27 – Welcome Christmas
You can check out last week’s party here!
Thanksgiving is just a few days away, and bloggers are rolling out their Christmas decor, DIY projects, recipes, crafts, and more!
How ’bout you? Have you started decking your halls?
I’ve got my ‘mantel’ window seat decorated, and my tree is sitting here beside me, waiting to be unboxed and decorated. I’m still trying to decide whether to go all white this year or add just a touch of the palest green, as well (Hobby Lobby has some AMAZING ornaments in white and green). What do you think?
Remember…
Each hostess’ blog (links below), features 4 different posts that linked up last week! That’s a total of EIGHT features at TTA! If your post isn’t featured here, it just may be featured at Thistle Key Lane!
Also, don’t forget to check out our Tuesday Turn About Link Party Pinterest board! All EIGHT featured posts are pinned to this board each week!
What exactly does ‘turn about’ mean? Take a look at Tuesday Turn About #1!
We are expecting rain for Thanksgiving, which may just change our family gathering location a wee bit! So, this leads me to believe that almost ALL of us are experiencing colder weather, so grab your fave warm drink, and let’s see what we have going on at the party!
Though not a requirement at all, we would love it if you would subscribe and/or follow your hostesses on one or more of our social medias:
Here’s what we’ve been up to…

This Week’s Features:
A Cozy Chair by the Christmas Tree?
Okay, so before I start showing all the fun Christmas decor, let’s just take a look at these gorgeous chairs that Kippi from Kippi At Home reupholstered! Talk about lovely! Wouldn’t you just love to curl up on one of these with a cozy throw blanket and gaze at your Christmas tree?
Christmas Tree Cones
So, I’ve had an idea on my DIY list for some “cone” Christmas trees, but I couldn’t quite figure out how I wanted to create the cone for them. Well, Pamela is showing us a couple of super easy ways to cut out the cones for her Christmas trees. She’s sharing how to decorate them, too. Check it out on DIY Vibes!
Upcycled Jewelry Box Ornament
Do you have a jewelry box that you don’t really use anymore, but just can’t seem to part with it? (Don’t look at me… okay, I do.) Well, Marie from Interior Frugalista is showing us a sweet upcycle that will look lovely on a tree or tilted up against a poinsettia on the table.
Buffalo Inspired Ornament
Okay, this isn’t inspired by a buffalo… but it is inspired by a buffalo plaid pattern! 😉 Alexandra is sharing her take on a very trending pattern for this Christmas! Take a look at these pretty ornaments over at Eye Love Knots.
Now It’s Your Turn! Link Away!
Let’s start sharing! Because this is a party, we encourage all who link up to visit several other bloggers who have linked as well – comments and pins are a great way to spread the love!
Before you get started, take a look at our guidelines:
- This party is for home decor and home-related posts only (recipes, organizing, DIY, crafts, etc.). Link up to 3 related posts. Please do not link up informational posts that do not relate to the topic.
- If you would please not link up shops, advertising, round-ups, other link parties, or any posts promoting sales, we would appreciate it.
- DO NOT PIN FROM IMAGES ON THIS PAGE (it just won’t work right on Pinterest). However, please visit the original post/source and pin from there. That works perfectly!
- By linking to the party, you give us permission to share your projects on our blogs and social media. We will always give proper credit with a no-pin image.
